In Pharma/Biotech

We are looking for candidates for our client in Biotech / Pharma with a PhD in analytical or organic chemistry with 5-8 years of experience or a MS / MSc with 10-12 years of experience preferably in a research lab who has been handling a group. Familiarity or hands-on experience with all types of analytical instrumentation including HPLC, LC-MS, GC,GC-MS, NMR, UV, FTIR, particle size analyzer, auto-titrator and wet chemistry.

Excellent people skills and ability to productively interact with different groups is a must. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines is expected. Good computer skills are required. Working knowledge of MS word, Excel, Power point is a plus. Familiarity with working in an FDA regulated environment and knowledge of current GMPs as they apply to laboratory practices are highly desired. Demonstrate willingness to be a part of larger team. Good written and communication skills.

Saudi Arab- Civil Engineering

PMO Director

Serves as a manager for the PMO of the program, reporting to program director. The PMO manager is responsible for ensuring that the ERM Modernization Program realizes its mission and will be accountable for the program’s activities and operations. Provides oversight of program management activities and financial management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and operates the PMO, including all necessary management procedures to plan and execute ERM projects and programs.
  • Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and evaluates PMO activities to meet long and short term goals and objectives.
  • Creates and maintains best practices to manage PMO activities during planning, construction, O & M phases.
  • Coordinate with different departments in the Program and ERM to ensure realization of program objectives.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or Masters or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 15 years experience in construction and project management environments.
  • Civil or architectural Engineering Degree, preferably with higher degree in areas relevant to project management, with a Program/ Project Management Certification.
  • Demonstrated background and experience in project management filed according to the requirements of Project management Institute (PMI, USA).
  • Demonstrated understanding and related experience with major program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong technical and implementation background. Strong communications skills (oral/written). Possesses outstanding leadership abilities, self driven and motivated. Excellent organizational skills, flexible and dynamic, works well in a team oriented environment. Strong negotiation skills and excellent judgment.
  • Project Management Skills including Project Integration, Management & Coordination, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Communications, and Project Risk Management.
